Impilo Yami ("we", "us", "our") provides the Impilo Yami mobile application (the "App"), connecting customers with pharmacies across South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Account details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address.
Order information: items purchased, prescriptions uploaded, order history.
Location data: to show nearby pharmacies and enable delivery tracking.
Device and usage data: app version, crash logs, general usage analytics.

How we use your information

To create and manage your account.
To process and deliver your orders.
To verify prescriptions with participating pharmacies.
To communicate order updates, support responses, and important notices.
To improve the App and keep it secure.

Sharing your information

We share order and prescription details only with the pharmacy fulfilling your order and any courier partner needed for delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can request account deletion at any time via our account deletion page.

Data retention

We retain account and order data only as long as necessary to provide the App and meet legal or regulatory recordkeeping requirements (for example, medicine dispensing records).
